Return Terms & Conditions

We value our customers and strive to ensure that every purchase at VIDRO brings satisfaction. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations — you may return it.

Return Conditions

• Returns are possible within 14 days from the moment you receive your order.
• The item must be in complete set, without signs of use, and in its original packaging.
• Refunds are issued to the buyer’s bank card within 1–3 business days after the item is received at our warehouse.

How to Arrange a Return

1. Contact us by any convenient method — via phone, Viber, Telegram, or email palmer-ua@ukr.net.
2. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and your preferred refund method.
3. Send the item via Nova Poshta or return it in person to our warehouse.

Please Note

We cover the return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.

In cases where the return is made for other reasons (for example, you changed your mind or the volume didn’t fit), shipping is paid by the customer.
